• Summer Schools, as a visitor or as a host

• purchase of teaching material, e.g. software licenses for working groups

• attendance of fee based courses of a business school

Grace provides a so-called structured promoton. In addition to the professional qualification, which will be acquired by each student in his field, GRACE offers the opportunity to acquire key skills and to do some intenational networking, while attending summer scholls or on longer periods of stay abroad. You will be offered supervising and continous support, when ever needed.

Any doctoral student who carries out environmental and climate research in a broad sense and thus belongs indirectly to the KIT Climate and Environment Center.

Of course! GRACE recognizes all competences which have already been acquired and also enables the doctoral student to prove them by means of the final GRACE certificate.

The Steering Committee decides on the acceptance of a potential GRACE PhD student. Subsequently, the management informs whether the application has been decided positively or negatively.

No, in consultation with the personal steering group, the personal module plan can be adjusted at any time.

While going through the graduate school, the GRACE PhD student gathers a variety of competencies and key qualifications. The GRACE certificate subsequently certifies these to the student.
