Data and Models in Climate and Environmental Sciences
Are you working on a doctoral project that tackles climate and environmental topics from a data or model-driven viewpoint? Then this joint workshop of KIT’s graduate schools KIT Graduate School Computational and Data Science (KCDS) and Graduate School for Climate and Environment (GRACE) is an excellent opportunity to network with other doctoral researchers and gain insights into the topics of both schools.
In this one-day workshop, both graduate schools will present themselves and organize a topical impulse lecture each. You will be able to network with other doctoral researchers and showcase your work in a poster session. In conclusion, there will be a session in which we will work out your hot topics and common questions in this context so that we can address these topics in courses and joint summer schools, but also to initiate joint future projects in this field.
If you’re not a member of either one the graduate schools, it is also an opportunity to find out more and maybe join us in the future.
This workshop is open for all interested researchers starting at doctoral researcher level.
